Returns and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing PackaPrint Co (Pty) Ltd for your custom printing needs.
Returns
The products offered by PackaPrint Co (Pty) Ltd are custom printed, and as such, they are not eligible for returns. The customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning items to PackaPrint Co.
However, if the printed items are defective due to the printing or manufacturing process or if they were damaged during shipping, the order may qualify for a refund.
Please inspect all products upon receipt. If any product is defective or appears to have been damaged during shipping, promptly contact our Support team for assistance via email at kimmy@packaprint.co.za or by phone at 074 746 5518. Include your order number, contact information, and proof of defects or damage. Issues must be reported within 7 days from the date you receive the order (or the date it was scheduled to arrive).
If you choose to return any items, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Upon receiving your email regarding issues with your order, we will inspect the product and acknowledge receipt of your refund request. We may contact you to clarify the issues raised with your order.
If a return is approved, PackaPrint Co (Pty) Ltd may opt to reprint the order at no additional cost to the customer instead of issuing a refund. If a refund is approved, we will initiate the refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 30 days. The actual credit receipt may take a certain amount of time, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
In the case of a return or refund, PackaPrint Co (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to request the return of the original order before reprinting or refunding the order.
Cancellation
Order cancellations may be initiated by telephone contact or email. Subsequently, formal notification in writing is required and should be sent to the company’s email address (kimmy@packaprint.co.za). The client will then be invoiced for all work completed up to the point of cancellation. The remaining balance must be settled within 30 days. Please note that any cancellation not confirmed in writing and received by PackaPrint Co (Pty) Ltd within 7 days of the instruction will be liable for the full quoted cost of the project.
Certain circumstances beyond our control are not covered by this guarantee. Please be aware that returns and refunds due to errors made by you, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions, cannot be facilitated.
Artwork Approval
Before proceeding with production, it is crucial that you provide artwork in the correct format. Once the artwork has been approved, and the order is in production, you will be held liable for any costs associated with mistakes in the artwork. It is of utmost importance that customers thoroughly review the final artwork proof to ensure accuracy for going ahead into final production.
